More than 100 Australian enterprises attended the fair, and the Australian Ambassador witnessed the signing of the agreement of more than 3.1 billion yuan

Signed more than 20 agreements with an amount of more than 3.1 billion yuan
on the first day of the fair, Chinese and Australian enterprises signed more than 20 agreements, reconfirming their commitment to strengthen business partnership. Australian ambassador to China Fu guanhan witnessed the signing of 16 of the agreements, worth at least a $640 million (3.2 billion yuan). Among them, the largest agreement reached with FMG group will meet the demand for iron ore in China’s infrastructure projects. In addition, other agreements signed by Woolworths, an Australian supermarket brand, on the export of finished products are expected to be welcomed by Chinese consumers of high-quality products. On the first day of the Expo last year, Chinese and Australian enterprises also held an intensive business memorandum of understanding signing ceremony. Among them, the memorandum of understanding signed by the Chinese working group of Australia’s red meat industry and the China Chamber of Commerce for import and export of food, native animals and livestock has been promoted orderly in the past year, further promoting the close cooperation between the two countries in the field of meat.

The opening of the third acpit has strengthened the confidence of global multinational enterprises in China’s economic recovery. The Victorian government and the Western Australian government have respectively created special exhibition halls in the food and agricultural products exhibition hall to display the diversified and rich high-quality products of Australia.
Australia’s national business super giant Coles, which has a history of 100 years, has been on the Expo for three consecutive years. It has shown a variety of retail products with high quality, healthy nutrition and pure Australian flavor to the global guests. This year, Coles, on the basis of the original categories of retail products, has adapted to the emerging needs of Chinese consumers during and after the epidemic, bringing more safe, easy to cook and good flavor products to China to explain to the public their understanding of a better life in the future.
China has a population of 1.4 billion and a middle-income group of more than 400 million, which is the most potential market in the world. “The Expo has brought great opportunities to both sides, and the free foods group has never stopped its pace of opening up and cooperation,” a person concerned of the free food group said on the scene of the Expo. Only by understanding the real needs of Chinese consumers can we provide appropriate products, and we need to grow together with Chinese partners to bring good products into more families. During the Expo, the free food group signed a number of strategic cooperation with Mengniu and Jingdong, with a contract amount of nearly 380 million yuan. Due to the impact of the epidemic situation, many partners could not come to the scene. The well-known and popular anchor went deep into the Expo, leading everyone to see the high-quality and good things of Australia and reaped millions of views.
