很多人说代糖不好。我抓紧时间去查了一堆资料,觉得这事儿挺荒诞的。
首先声明,代糖无论如何,是比不过白开水的,这个大家没意见吧,要健康,肯定还是喝白开水。但同样的,风险这东西得看跟谁比,怎么比,什么剂量比。
如果代糖有风险,甜味剂是罪恶的,那糖怕不是要下地狱了吧?不对,还得在十八层挖个停车场。
首先聊代糖的安全性。我觉得“代糖不安全”这五个字,没有任何意义。不是说代糖安全或者不安全,而是这五个字,没意义。
这五个字跟 “学历史的都会刨坟”,“搞化学的都是恐怖分子”,“山东人都会挖掘机”一样,充满了刻板印象和偏见,因为我们山东人不只是会挖掘机,还会吃葱。
当你讨论代糖安全不安全的时候,第一件事是,翻译翻译,什么叫代糖啊?

有没有一种可能,这东西各国能允许它添加至食物中,应该是通过了测试的。
你说糖精钠,甜蜜素,有风险,这个我查到了,确有其事,但抓着这俩说代糖都是丑恶的,约等于说整个蘑菇产业都该死,因为确实有些种类的蘑菇你吃了之后会死。
