可口可乐装瓶商生产控股重组
Today, Swire and COFCO’s Chinese food companies announced in the Hong Kong stock exchange that Coca Cola will transfer the equity of 11 subsidiaries of “Coca Cola bottled beverage preparation and packaging company” (ccbmh, which is called “Coca Cola bottler production holding” in the Chinese food announcement) to Swire and China Food respectively, and the transaction is expected to be completed by the end of March next year.
Among them, Swire will acquire the equity of six beverage preparation and packaging subsidiaries located in Nanning, Hangzhou, Foshan, Wuhan, Dongguan and Suzhou, while China food will acquire the equity of the remaining five beverage preparation and packaging subsidiaries located in Yingkou, Jinan, Shijiazhuang, Changsha and Chengdu. According to the China Food announcement, the total basic cost of its transaction is about 544million yuan.
At present, ccbmh is distributed by bottlers in mainland China through the preparation and packaging of non carbonated beverages, including functional water, fruit juice, tea drinks, milk drinks and coffee. (company announcement)
