Today, the reporter noticed from the official website of the national enterprise credit information publicity system (Guizhou) that Guizhou Xijiu Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. Swire announced today that it plans to acquire the full equity of Coca Cola bottling business in Vietnam and Cambodia from Coca Cola company at a total price of US $1.015 billion, and it is expected to complete the agreement in six months.
